Waconia Dispensary ("we," "us") operates the website waconiadispensary.com and a licensed cannabis retail store at 212 W Main Street, Waconia, MN 55387. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and how we use it.

2. Information we collect

  • Age verification: when you confirm you are 21 or older, we store that confirmation in your browser (local storage) so you aren't asked on every page. It is not sent to us.
  • Contact form: if you send us a message, we receive the name, email address, and message contents you provide, and we use them only to respond to you.
  • Online ordering: when online ordering launches, orders are processed by our menu/ordering provider under their own privacy policy, which will be linked at checkout.
  • Automatic data: like most websites, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may log basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited for security and performance purposes.

3. What we don't do

  • We do not sell your personal information.
  • We do not share your information with third parties for their marketing.
  • We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21.

4. In-store purchases

Purchases in our store are subject to Minnesota cannabis regulations, which require ID verification at the door and at the register. We check your ID to verify age; information handled at the point of sale is used for legal compliance and transaction processing.

This site currently uses only functional browser storage (the age-gate confirmation). If we add analytics or marketing tools in the future, we will update this policy to describe them.

6. Data retention and your choices

Contact form messages are kept only as long as needed to handle your inquiry. You can clear the age-gate confirmation at any time by clearing your browser's site data. To ask about, correct, or delete information you've sent us, email hello@waconiadispensary.com.
