This Site and our products are intended solely for adults 21 years of age or older. By using the Site you represent that you are at least 21. A valid government-issued photo ID is required for all in-store purchases and pickups — no exceptions.
3. Legal compliance
We are a licensed cannabis retailer operating under Minnesota law (Minn. Stat. Chapter 342). Cannabis remains illegal under U.S. federal law. Products purchased from us may not be transported across state lines, resold, or provided to anyone under 21. Content on this Site, including our Cannabis 101 pages, is for general education only and is not medical or legal advice. Cannabis affects everyone differently. 5. Online menu and ordering
Menu items, prices, and availability shown on the Site are subject to change without notice and may differ from in-store availability. When online ordering is available, orders are reservations for in-store pickup: age and ID verification occur at pickup, state purchase limits apply, and we may cancel any order that cannot be legally fulfilled.
6. Intellectual property
The Waconia Dispensary name, logo, and Site content are our property or used with permission and may not be copied or used commercially without our written consent.
7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Waconia Dispensary is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Carver County, Minnesota.

We may revise these terms at any time by updating this page. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the revised terms.
